#FridayPhrases (#77)

Welcome to my weekly FridayPhrases roundup post. This is a weekly microfiction event hosted on Twitter. Check out the link for more information. ๐Ÿ™‚

This week’s theme: Fractures.

My tweets:

The fractured walls of this old house crumble a bit more each day. I watch them. But I can’t leave my sanctuary. I am a part of it now.

Is it possible to repair a fractured soul, a fractured heart? She tried, while smiling her fake smile. But wholeness never came back.

So many fractures in my mind, I don’t know how to heal them. My thoughts splinter, disconnect, fall into dark valleys. I am lost.
